We collect only what’s necessary to move your tiles safely from Morbi to Mumbai or anywhere in India:
Identity & contact: name, email, phone, company name (dealer/manufacturer).
Payment data: transaction amounts and payment method – but never store your full card details.
Device & usage: to improve our app (Home, My Order, Profile).
2. How we use your information
To process your Part Load or Full Load bookings.
To update you on order status: Truck Assign → Assigned → Pickup → Dispatch → In Transit → Delivered.
To show your Current Orders and payment due.
To communicate support and “Tension mat lo, ho jayega!” reassurance.
Your data is safe: we never sell or rent your info. All paperwork handling by our experienced team follows strict confidentiality.
3. Data sharing & consent
We share your information only with:
Transporters and truckers assigned to your load.
Authorities if required by law (we navigate paperwork seamlessly).
Analytics tools to improve the “MY ORDER” experience.
4. Your rights & choices
You can view or update your profile anytime via the PROFILE tab. If you wish to delete your account, contact us. We retain order data (like order 3722-781151-9183) as long as needed for transport record and legal compliance.

Welcome to Tiles Drop! By booking any order (including Part Load, Full Load Service) you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Our team (with decades of experience) liaises with manufacturers, dealers, and transport authorities to make the process smooth.
1. Service commitment
We provide transport exclusively for part and full load with/without clubbing per order. Your shipment is tracked via status: Truck Assign → Assigned → Pickup → Dispatch → In Transit → Delivered. We show you updates like “In process – order is in process. Please wait for the truck.”
2. Booking & payment
Order example: 3722-593599-5676 .
Payment due: shown in MY ORDER.
Cancelled order: 0 Cancelled order visible; cancellation may incur charges if truck already assigned.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate weight (tons) and product details (e.g., Bej Ceramic Floor Tiles, SLAB 800*3000).
Ensure loading/unloading access at pickup/delivery (like Mumbai Central Railway Station).
Inform us about any hazardous material – though we primarily transport tiles.
4. Tiles Drop’s role & liability
We act as the transporter with our own fleet and partner trucks. We are responsible for:
Assigning a truck and sub-order creation.
Handling all paperwork (we have extensive experience with transport authorities).
Delivery timelines: we follow the promised schedule but are not liable for delays beyond our control (natural events, strikes).
Our total liability is limited to the freight paid for that order. We do not cover consequential losses.
“Tension mat lo, ho jayega!” — we mean it. Our Morbi team works relentlessly so you can relax.
5. Order modifications & cancellation
You may modify or cancel through MY ORDER before truck assignment. After “Truck Assigned” status, cancellation charges may apply. To know more, click “KNOW MORE” inside each order.
6. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved at our Morbi headquarters. Courts in Morbi have exclusive jurisdiction.
